My name is Carine Eyal-Russel, founder of Russel Legal.

I started my career in 2016 as a lawyer at a leading international law firm on Amsterdam's Zuidas. Great work, sharp people, high standards, and that's where I learned what it takes to operate at that level.
Then I moved in-house at HEMA, one of the Netherlands' largest and oldest retailers, where I sat at the table where decisions were made, understanding the problem behind the problem instead of answering a filtered question at the end of a long chain.

Russel Legal grew out of that experience: sharp legal thinking, delivered as practical, strategic advice, by an approachable colleague.
